In our early years as a small, disadvantaged business, CDM concentrated on providing logistics to our Government clients. With time, CDM has matured into a multifaceted organization focusing on behavioral health, public health, epidemiology, health policy, and health systems analysis. We are still small, but our capacities are large and our work well-regarded.

Drug-Free Workplace
Supervisor Training

CDM has supported the HHS/SAMHSA/Division of Workplace Programs since 1992. We provide expert and technical support including agency plan certification, drug testing advisory board staffing and maintenance, and Annual Survey Report (ASR) data collection and analysis of drug-free workplace programs implementation.
Epidemiology and Applied Research
Supervisor Training

CDM designs and executes both large- and small-scale studies answering complex questions involving multiple program areas, research methods, and locations. Our experience includes national epidemiological studies, and clinical research and evaluation.
