National Cancer Institute (NCI) Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Under the NCI IDIQ task order contract vehicle, CDM provides technical support of methodological research for the National Cancer Institute, Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS), Applied Research Programs (ARP). Data are used to evaluate patterns and trends in cancer-associated health behaviors and risk factors, health care services, economics, and outcomes, including patient-reported outcomes.

CDM is qualified to provide services in the following primary task areas as a small business:

Task Area 1: Study Design and Implementation—Manage and conduct pilot studies and support the implementation of new components of NCI’s previous or current projects. This includes preparing study materials; providing Quality Assurance/Quality Control, verification and reporting; and providing information technology support.

Task Area 4: Biological Specimen Support—Review the scientific literature and conduct market research to determine the pros and cons of alternative biological specimen collection, shipment, storage, and analysis procedures. Identify the appropriate quality control procedures for shipping, storage, and analysis of specified biological specimens and ensure accordance with all local, state and federal statutes and regulations.
